Autumn's ideal home
Meet 7 ½ year old Autumn. she's a friendly Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is on the search for a new forever home. She is currently in foster with another dog, a cat, horses, sheep, cattle and ducks, she is along well with all of them, she could live with cats (introduced slowly) and a neutered dog pending successful meet at the centre near Penrith. Autumn could live with children who are confident around dogs and understand when to give them space. Autumn is super friendly and loves all the attention she is getting from her foster family. She can jump up when she sees you, so would benefit from further training around keeping her paws on the floors.
Could you be Autumn's perfect match?
Autumn can be a little shy initially, however this soon disappears, Autumn is a very affectionate in the home and would love a family where she can be the centre of attention. She would love a secure garden where she can play, relax of burn off some energy. She is active on the lead and can pull a little, she loves playing with toys, she takes her treats gently and she has been good to handle by the team, the vets, the foster carer. She came to us with her coat in a poor state, she has been groomed and will need to be groomed on a regular basis, (well behaved for grooming). potential adopters will need to consider this, as grooming to keep her beautiful feathers tangle free and her ears clean will need tending too on a regular basis.
