About This Dog for Adoption

Frankie's ideal home

Frankie is a charming 6-year-old Cavalier x Poodle who arrived with his older brother Theo after a change in circumstances. Despite everything, Frankie has taken to foster life with ease and confidence.

He’s fully housetrained, can be left for a couple of hours without worry, and has a bright, gentle personality that makes him incredibly easy to love. Frankie is part of a bonded pair and needs to be adopted together with Theo, the two adore each other and provide great comfort and companionship.

Like his brother, Frankie will thrive in an adult-only home where he can be the centre of attention. He needs to be one of the only dogs in the home (aside from Theo),but he enjoys meeting calm, polite dogs out on walks.

Frankie is a loving, affectionate companion who is ready for a fresh start and a forever home where he and Theo can continue their happy life together.

Could you be Frankie's perfect match?

Theo's brother, Frankie, does have some ongoing medical needs that our team at the centre will be happy to discuss with potential adopters

  • Register your interest in adoption on the Dogs Trust website - you can't apply for specific dogs directly.
  • Create an account to favourite dogs you're interested in and help the team understand your preferences.
  • Dogs Trust will match you with dogs that fit your lifestyle and home environment.
  • Some dogs listed here may already be rehomed or reserved, as updates can take time to sync.
  • If matched, you'll go through their adoption and home-check process before taking your new dog home.
